Together, for 21 days, we will commit to meditation and explore our bodies, environment, and senses.
We will practice different postures for meditating; incorporate breathwork, mantra, and mudras; explore concepts, stories, and ideas to deepen our understanding of the relationship between anatomy and philosophy.
We will be curious together and compassionate together, as we connect to ourselves and deepen our breath.
