
Focuses on individualized needs, offering support through your practice, and hands-on assistance if necessary. One-on-one support offered for yoga, meditation, movement, and stretch/flexology.
The first one-on-one session will be an intake session. We will discuss each layer of your being and complete the intake form, together. Each session to follow will flow from the intake, our discussion, and your daily needs when we meet.
Sessions can be scheduled weekly, or at any desired frequency.
We will incorporate practices that encourage you to live and breathe in yoga.
A gathering space for women to embody themselves, their creativity, and connect to each other; through living yoga practices - music, movement, creative expression, mediation, breath work, and inner exploration.

An exploration is a commitment we make together to go deeper.
Practices include meditation, inward action, breathwork, and other practices that will help us maintain curiosity.
