For 21 days, we committed to meditation and practice together. We explored postures, breaths, embodiment, and other ways to arrive, turn inward, and explore. This was a collective practice to have fun, build up our concentration, and commit to practice, and I intend for it to still serve that purpose by offering it for free to everyone to make the commitment to practice and explore.
21 days is, also, long enough to make a new habit.
