
Personalized breath practice coaching, focusing on the fundamentals of breath or how to improve the quality of your own breath. We will discuss health and wellness habits and information during an initial intake session, which will be the longest of our sessions together.
We will practice preparing the body for being present in the moment, following the breath, and slowing our nervous systems down.
Sessions (excluding initial intake) will last 10-minutes and can be scheduled up to 3 times per week, in-person or via the phone. This is a free offering.
